  • 2 to 4 tbsp brown sugar stevia (adjust according to your preference)

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 3 tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp minced ginger

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. In a bowl or plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar stevia, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and green onions.

  2. Add the thinly sliced ribeye to the marinade and ensure each slice is coated evenly. Allow the meat to marinate for at least 2 hours, or for best results, marinate overnight in the refrigerator. (Pro tip: Even a shorter marinating time of 30 minutes can still yield great results if you're short on time.)

  3. When ready to cook, heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Remove the beef slices from the marinade, shaking off any excess liquid.

  5. Cook the beef slices in batches, approximately 2-3 minutes per side, until they are nicely browned and cooked through.

  6. Transfer the cooked beef to a serving platter and garnish with additional green onions, if desired.

  7. Serve the Low Carb Bulgogi Beef with your choice of low-carb side dishes, such as cauliflower rice, sautéed vegetables, spicy green beans, or a fresh green salad.
