Gluten-free AND low-carb, these cookies are delicious without sabotaging your weight loss goals.
Low-Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
3 Tbsp powdered swerve/stevia
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp avocado oil
1/4 to 1/2 cup Lily's baking chips
1/8 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix your ingredients together, roll in to cookie sized balls
Place on parchment covered baking sheet
Bake 325 F 8-14 minutes (I pulled around 12 min)
Only about 120 kcal per cookie (I made 6 decently big cookies with 12g Carbs (most is stevia/erithrytol or fiber)
