Brownie Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup Lily’s Stevia Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 3/4 cup allulose

  • 3 large eggs

Peanut Butter Frosting Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup confectioners stevia/monk fruit

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

Instructions:

Preheat and Prepare:

Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set it aside.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and allulose. Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients.

Melt Chocolate and Butter:

In a saucepan, melt the butter with half of the Lily’s Stevia Chocolate Chips over medium heat. Stir until smooth and glossy.

Beat Eggs:

In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer until slightly frothy and well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Slowly pour the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the beaten eggs while continuing to mix.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a thick, glossy brownie batter forms. Fold in the remaining chocolate chips.

Bake:

Transfer the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.

Bake for 14-18 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for 20 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Prepare Peanut Butter Frosting:

In a bowl, combine the no-sugar-added peanut butter, powdered sweetener, and softened butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Frost the Brownies:

Once the brownies are completely cooled, spread the peanut butter frosting evenly over the top.

Serve and Enjoy!

Cut the brownies into squares and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for future enjoyment.
