Creating your own Berry Protein Fluff is surprisingly simple. Blend frozen blackberries, a scoop of your favorite protein powder, and a hint of sweetness, if desired. The result? A light and airy dessert that’s not only visually appealing but also satiating. Feel free to customize with toppings like nuts or shredded coconut for added texture and flavor.


  • 200 g frozen berries/fruit of choice

  • 2 tbsp swerve confectioners sweetener

  • 50 g pasteurized liquid egg whites

  • 1 tsp xanthan gum

  • 1 scoop whey protein


  1. Microwave frozen strawberries for 60 seconds.

  2. Combine all ingredients and mash.

  3. Using a hand or stand mixer, beat for 5-10 minutes until fluffy
