20 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup Monk Fruit 3 eggs 2 Tbsp almond flour 12 oz blackberries zest of one lemon Instructions 1. Set cream cheese out on the counter and allow it to get to room temp.
2. Preheat oven to 350 F. 3. Using a hand mixer, combine cream cheese, almond flour, and monk fruit together until smooth. Slowly add 3 eggs and lemon zest, mixing until all ingredients are combined. 4. Gently fold in blackberries and pour the mixture into a greased 8" round cake pan. 5. Bake for 35 min. Once cool, refrigerate for 3 hrs before serving.
