Herb Roasted Chicken Marinade
Ingredients for 4 lbs of chicken:
- 1/2 Tbsp Crushed red pepper
- 1.5 Tbsp Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Coriander
- 2 Tbsp Chili powder
- 1/4 Cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Oil
Aim to marinate for the best flavor for at least 1 - 24 hrs.
Instructions
Set out your marinated chicken 30-60 minutes ahead of cooking
Heat a pan to medium-high and add some avocado oil to the pan
Cook your chicken for 4-6 minutes per side or until around 165 F internal
Serve with your favorite sides like cauliflower rice, cilantro lime rice, salad, etc.
We served ours with a side salad using Chick-fil-A's avocado lime ranch dressing and 3/4 cup cilantro lime rice.
