Dutch Oven Shredded Beef Meal Prep
2 lbs Chuck Roast
Short Ribs (optional)
All-purpose seasoning of choice (I used Mi Tienda)
2 Habaneros (optional but adds nice heat)
3 Bay Leaves
6 Garlic Cloves
Season with Mexican all-purpose seasoning
Sear everything for 1-2 min per side, and set meat aside.
Add beef broth, 6 garlic cloves, 3 bay leaves, 2 sliced jalapenos, 2 sliced habaneros
Cover and cook in a Dutch oven @ 350 F for 2.5 hrs
Shred beef and put it back into oven UNCOVERED for the last hr. This makes it super delicious!
NOTE: IF your meat comes out tough and not easily shredded, it hasn't been cooked long enough!
